Hi, I'm Mikayla.
I'm a San Diego–based wedding and portrait photographer chasing the last thirty minutes of golden light along the coast. My style is documentary at heart — real laughter, unposed glances, the way your kids actually look at each other — softened with a warm, film-inspired edit.

Weddings book 6–12 months out for peak season (May–October). Family, engagement, and maternity sessions typically book 4–8 weeks ahead. Rush dates are sometimes possible — call 760-539-9932.
How many photos will I receive?
You receive a fully edited online gallery. Portrait sessions deliver 50–100+ images, weddings deliver 500–800+ depending on hours of coverage.
What's your turnaround time?
Portrait galleries deliver in 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries deliver in 4–6 weeks with a sneak-peek gallery within 72 hours.
Do you shoot indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor golden-hour sessions are popular, but Mikayla is trained for beach, park, urban, in-home lifestyle, church, and reception venue lighting.
What's included in a wedding collection?
All wedding collections include Mikayla as your lead photographer, full-day coverage of your chosen hours, a private online gallery, personal print release, and a pre-wedding consultation.
Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes — heirloom albums, fine-art prints, canvas wraps, and framed pieces are available through your online gallery after delivery.
How do payments and deposits work?
A 25% retainer secures your date. The balance is due 30 days before your session or wedding. We accept card, ACH, and check.
